- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex underwriting issues and provide expert guidance
- Develop and implement process optimization initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
- Provide training and support to team members on underwriting best practices
- Prepare detailed reports on process performance compliance and improvement initiatives
- Act as a subject matter expert SME for underwriting process offering insights and recommendations

Technical Requirements:

- 4 5 years of experience in U
- S
- mortgage underwriting
- Solid knowledge of U
- S
- mortgage regulations guidelines and underwriting processes
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
