- Robust understanding of latest technology stacks and skills.
- Ability to engage, assess, and evaluate candidates based on client needs.
- Skilled in delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Resilient mindset to handle rejections and stay motivated under pressure.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Source quality resumes using job portals, social media,
and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Assess candidates on skills, experience, cultural fit, and interest in opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Maintain accurate reports and follow structured recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions.
