Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and articulate Marketing Counsellor to be the face of our organization in Kochi.

This is a dual-function role that blends student counselling with institutional marketing outreach. You will play a critical part in building robust student and institutional relationships, promoting our educational programs, and contributing to overall enrolment growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counselling & Support

Counsel prospective students and their parents to understand their educational and career goals.

Provide accurate information about available programs, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and admission procedures.

Guide students in choosing the right course based on their interests, qualifications, and aspirations.

Handle queries via phone, email, walk-ins, and online platforms.

Follow up with leads and maintain timely communication throughout the enrolment process.

Track all interactions using a CRM system to ensure accurate documentation.

2. Marketing & Outreach

Participate in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns (both online and offline).

Visit schools, colleges, and other institutions to present and promote our programs (B2B outreach).

Represent the organization at seminars, workshops, webinars, educational fairs, and community events.

Coordinate with the internal marketing team to develop outreach materials.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Events & Promotional Activities

Assist in organizing and executing educational events including info sessions and webinars.

Manage on-ground logistics and ensure smooth coordination during events.

Actively engage with attendees to communicate program benefits.

4. Administrative & Reporting

Update and maintain enquiry databases and prepare reports on outreach and counselling efforts.

Ensure timely communication with internal departments.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Freshers encouraged to apply.

Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate.

Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Strong interpersonal skills and empathetic attitude.

Willingness to travel locally.

Confidence in handling individual and group conversations.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.
