Graphic Designer cum Video Editor

Location: Navi Mumbai (On-site)

About the Role: We're looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to lead content creation for our social media channels and in-house marketing needs. You'll be responsible for designing engaging graphics, shooting and editing video content and bringing our brand to life across digital platforms. Experience shooting product/demo videos for medical or healthcare products is a strong plus.

This is an on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. Candidates must be able to commute daily.

What You'll Do

- Design creatives for social media including posts, reels, stories, carousels, Ad copies and banners.
- Shoot and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, product demos and internal communication
- Plan and execute in-house video shoots, including lighting, framing, and basic audio setup
- Create product demonstration videos, including for medical/healthcare products
- Work closely with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and content calendars
- Organize and maintain a library of raw footage, edited files, and design assets
- Keep up with the latest social media trends, formats, and content styles





What We're Looking For

- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with camera/DSLR operation, lighting, and basic shoot setup
- Strong understanding of social media formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, YouTube)
- A good eye for design, typography, and brand consistency
- Ability to work independently from shoot planning to final edit
- A portfolio or reel showcasing both design and video work (required to qualify)

Good to Have

- Experience shooting or editing content for medical, pharma or healthcare products
- Basic motion graphics or 2D animation skills
- Photography experience for product/catalog shoots

Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Film/Video Production, or a related field
