Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Test Center Administrator to oversee the administration of English language exams at our testing center. This role is crucial in ensuring that all exams are conducted in a secure, professional, and standardized manner. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of handling responsibilities with integrity and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

· Verify candidate identification and check-in procedures

· Set up exam rooms in accordance with strict testing protocols

· Monitor test takers during exams to prevent cheating or misconduct

· Handle candidate queries and provide assistance as needed

· Maintain accurate records of testing activities and incidents





· Report any issues or irregularities to the appropriate authorities

· Ensure compliance with all exam board and institutional policies

· Secure and manage test materials before and after exams

· Provide technical support during computer-based exams

· Maintain a calm, professional environment for all test takers

Requirements;

- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with test software
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and enforce rules firmly and fairly
- Availability to work weekends and/or evenings as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
