Role Overview

We are hiring a strategic and analytical SEO Manager to lead organic growth initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and handle client communication. This is a manager-level position requiring ownership, leadership, and performance accountability.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Prior experience handling multiple clients/projects.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, IT, Business, or related field (preferred).

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy

- Develop and execute SEO strategies.
- Create monthly & quarterly SEO roadmaps.
- Conduct keywords and competitor research.
- Identify organic growth opportunities.

Team Coordination

- Coordinate with Tech, Backlink & Content teams.
- Review and guide junior SEO team members.
- Ensure timely execution of SEO tasks.
- Manage client communication and reporting.

Analytics & Reporting

- Analyze data and optimize strategy.
- Present insights to clients/management.

AI & Tools Usage

- Use SEMrush for research & tracking.




- Leverage Advanced AI & Gemini tools.
- Stay updated with algorithm changes.
