Job Summary
Stylam Industries Ltd. is seeking dedicated and technically proficient Electrical Engineers and Mechanical Engineers to support maintenance and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, troubleshooting, and ensuring maximum equipment uptime.
Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Engineer
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, drives, panels, transformers, MCCs, VFDs, PLCs, and control systems.
- Ensure smooth functioning of plant electrical systems with minimum downtime.
- Monitor electrical equipment performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain electrical maintenance records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to achieve operational targets.
Mechanical Engineer
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ensure optimum machine availability and reliability.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and monitor their execution.
- Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with stores for spare parts planning and inventory management.
- Maintain maintenance history and documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Experience in troubleshooting industrial machinery.
- Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and technical manuals.
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic knowledge of SAP or CMMS will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–8 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with plant maintenance and industrial equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Proactive approach towards continuous improvement and equipment reliability.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
