Job Description: QC Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance & Control:

o Establish and implement quality assurance processes and inspection systems across all project sites.

o Monitor and control the quality of construction activities, materials, and workmanship in accordance with project specifications and standards.

o Conduct regular site inspections to identify defects, non-conformities, and deviations from approved drawings or specifications.

o Ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions to maintain consistent quality standards.

2. Process Implementation & Standardization:

o Develop and enforce standardized quality control procedures, checklists, and documentation for all stages of construction.

o Review and approve quality plans, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).

o Ensure adherence to ISO and statutory quality norms applicable to construction projects.

3. Team Management & Training:

o Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers, supervisors, and site QC personnel.





o Conduct regular training sessions for site staff and contractors on quality practices, procedures, and compliance.

o Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across the project teams.

4. Coordination & Reporting:

o Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, and Contractors to resolve quality-related issues.

o Maintain documentation of test reports, inspection records, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective action reports.

o Prepare and present quality performance reports and dashboards for management review.

5. Vendor & Material Quality Management:

o Oversee the inspection and approval of incoming materials and ensure compliance with technical specifications.

o Evaluate vendor performance based on material quality and service standards.

o Coordinate with procurement for pre-dispatch inspections and third-party testing when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: BE Civil
Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the Construction / Real Estate industry

Skills & Competencies

· Solid technical knowledge of construction materials, testing methods, and industry standards

· Proficiency in quality management systems (ISO / QMS) and audit processes

· Excellent leadership and team management skills

· Analytical thinking and attention to detail

· Strong communication and coordination abilities with cross-functional teams

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
