Technical Recruiter (Client-Site) — Bangalore

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Technical Recruiter to work on-site at our client's location in Bangalore. You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — partnering closely with the client team, running requirement discovery, sourcing top talent, coordinating interviews, and driving positions to close. Success in this role means treating every open requisition as your own and doing whatever it takes to fill it with the right candidate, fast.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the client's hiring managers and delivery teams to understand open positions and business priorities
- Conduct detailed requirement discovery sessions to fully understand role expectations, must-have skills, and team fit
- Translate technical job requirements into effective sourcing strategies by mapping roles to relevant technology domains
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the client team, managing the process end to end
- Manage candidate communication, feedback, and expectations throughout the pipeline
- Drive offer negotiation and closure,



keeping candidates engaged until they join
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT/technical recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT roles and how skills map to technology domains (e.g., application development, cloud, data, QA, DevOps, infrastructure) to enable precise sourcing
- Proven track record of closing positions across a variety of technical roles
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work directly with client teams
- Robust sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities
- High ownership, urgency, and passion for closing open positions
- Ability to work independently on-site while collaborating closely with the client team
