Job Description: Basic Function

- On-site coordination with Technical / Product / Scrum Team and help resolve Application Issues
- Work on design, development, quality, and support activities of business applications
- Work with associated teams and business analysts to understand and elaborate on the business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with onshore teams for business and functional requirements, sprint coordination, and other delivery-related requirements.
- Understand, debug & resolve application-related Issues.
Provide technical oversight to the development team, including design and code reviews

Essential Functions

- Demonstrate hands-on programming expertise in multi-tiered application environments.
- Develop robust software components, interfaces, classes, functions, and web pages, implementing assigned designs using the Java/J2EE and AI technology stack.
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate technical documentation, both within the codebase and as external deliverables for documentation teams, technical white papers, or other publications.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software, applying solid troubleshooting skills to ensure correct functionality, including the creation and maintenance of unit and regression tests as needed.
- Deliver assigned software projects within established timelines and budget constraints.
- Perform foundational DevOps tasks, including setting up CI/CD pipelines and administering web servers on both Windows and Linux platforms.
- Comply with all relevant policies and procedures at the position, department, division, and organizational levels.

- Qualifications: BE/B. Tech/MCA graduate
- At least 2+ years of experience in the development role
