Summary:

UST is looking for a RPA Operations Lead – UIPath Automation We are looking for an experienced RPA Operations Lead with strong expertise in UIPath Automation to manage and support enterprise RPA solutions. The role involves monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing automated processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, incident resolution, and performance management of RPA bots. The candidate should also be capable of supporting AI-driven solutions and automation operations as business needs arise. Strong stakeholder management, troubleshooting, governance, and continuous improvement skills are essential to ensure reliable and scalable automation services across the organization.
