Responsibilities:

Prep stage:

- Chalk out a broad outline of Purpose & Milestones to hit
- Basis create a monthly/Qtrly & broad outline of a yearly plan (it can be a easy word doc/defined on excel, upto you)
- Craft content as per brand tonality (is it a Coke or a ThumsUp)
- Define certain elements of content that are unique to that brand page
- Figure out scalability of content from:
- Ease of creation
- Repeatability of execution
- Less to no permission & dependency on others

Creation stage:

- You need to wear the hat of a content creator
- Use your phone to create content defined in the plan above
- Align with the PR team to figure which influencers fit the brands voice & collaborate with them
- Coordinate with the editor on editing reels/stories/images
- You are also required to edit at your end in order to be quick on posting front

Your role involves:

- Creation of content with phone & with videographers
- Coordinate with video editor & graphics designer
- Scheduling of content
- Writing captions along with a thorough understanding of music & trends
- Posting of content including reels, stories, posts
- Maintaining a grid that fits the brand’s tonality




- Owning the entire experience of the brand page
- Sharing weekly & monthly reports on outcome, along with your own interpretation of results & next steps

This role is demanding. It involves going out of your way to get things done. The role may suit better to someone who has already created content in the past.
