About the Role

Join a high-performing product engineering team building next-generation enterprise solutions. As a Lead Technical Engineer, you’ll provide technical leadership while designing and developing scalable, cloud-native applications. You’ll work across the full software development lifecycle, mentor engineers, and leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise applications.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Drive architecture discussions and modernize existing applications using Microservices and Cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Security, and Platform teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Improve engineering efficiency through AI-assisted development, automation, and CI/CD best practices.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews,



and promote engineering excellence across teams.
- Support production readiness, observability, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- 7–10 years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in .NET 8+, C#, ASP.NET, and Microsoft Full Stack Development.
- Hands-on experience with Angular (15+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, MVC Architecture, and Object-Oriented Programming.
- Experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle databases.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of Agile, CI/CD, distributed systems, and software engineering best practices.

AI & Modern Engineering

Experience with AI-powered development tools is highly preferred:

- GitHub Copilot / Microsoft Copilot
- Cursor or similar AI-first IDEs
- AI-assisted code generation, refactoring, testing, and documentation
- Responsible use of AI for secure, high-quality software development
