A Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Business Development officer profile:

Recruit, interview, and onboard entry-level and mid-level sales personnel expanding the sales team capability to drive the business growth.

Focusing on targeting contractors, builders, and developers to secure supply concreate mix.

Sourcing active residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects across rapidly growing nodes like the Sriperumbudur SIPCOT corridor, and the suburbs surrounding kundrathur location

Collaborating with structural engineers to propose specialized concrete grades (e.g., self-compacting, high-strength, or fiber-reinforced) based on project specifications

Structuring deals factoring in volatile raw material costs (aggregates, cement, fly ash), concrete grade, and delivery logistics

Evaluating client creditworthiness, negotiating payment milestones, and aggressively managing Accounts Receivable (AR).

Formulate revenue strategies, define ideal customer profiles (ICP), and identify high-value target markets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
