Night Manager (Hospital Operations)

Location: KINS Hospital, Siliguri
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)

Hospital Night Manager

Shift

- Rotational Shifts
- Night Duty as per roster
- Weekly Off as per hospital policy

Key Responsibilities

- Overall supervision of hospital operations during the assigned shift.
- Coordinate Admissions, Billing, Emergency, ICU, Wards, OT, and Diagnostic Services.
- Handle patient and attendant concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and service quality.
- Respond to emergencies and escalate critical issues to management.
- Ensure hospital safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness throughout the shift.
- Prepare shift handover and incident reports.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (Hospital Management qualification preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in hospital operations, nursing administration, front office, or patient services.




- Candidates with strong communication and leadership skills may also apply.
- Good communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali will be a necessity.
- Computer knowledge is Mandatory.
