Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented Trainee Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about communication, sales, and talent acquisition. As a Trainee Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various US-based clients while learning the fundamentals of US Staffing and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source potential candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Understand client requirements and match candidates with appropriate job opportunities.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and recruiters/clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation, and onboarding.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment activity targets.
- Learn and adhere to US Staffing processes, compliance, and recruitment best practices.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and team leads to achieve hiring goals.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (2024, 2025, or 2026 graduates are welcome).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or BPO.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in the Night Shift (US Time Zone).
