Hiring: International Logistics & Import/Export Executive Location: Hyderabad Experience: 3–6 Years Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced International Logistics & Import/Export Executive to manage end-to-end international shipments, warehouse coordination, and customer deliveries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling imports from countries such as the US, UAE, China, and other international markets, with a strong understanding of global logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end import and export operations.
- Coordinate international shipments via Ocean Freight, Air Freight, and Road Transport.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transport partners.
- Prepare and verify import/export documentation.
- Classify products using HS Codes and ensure customs compliance.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve logistics issues.
- Coordinate with customers regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.
- Work closely with warehouse teams for inventory management, stock verification, and dispatch planning.
- Ensure proper packaging methods based on product type and shipping requirements.
- Monitor shipment costs and optimize logistics processes.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and reports.





Required Skills

- 3–6 years of experience in Import/Export, International Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Ocean Freight, Air Freight, and Road Transportation.
- Experience handling international shipments from US, UAE, China, and other global markets.
- Good understanding of HS Codes, customs regulations, and international shipping documentation.
- Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Logistics Management Systems is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical background is preferred.
