Job Summary: We are looking for a Procurement Executive Intern to support sourcing and purchasing of IT products required for sales, services, and rental operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in vendor coordination, quotation comparison, procurement planning, and purchase process management.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of IT hardware products and accessories

Basic vendor sourcing and vendor management skills

Negotiation and quotation comparison skills

Positive communication and coordination skills

Basic understanding of purchase orders and procurement process

Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing IT products such as laptops, desktops, networking devices, CCTV, and accessories





Support in identifying and coordinating with vendors and suppliers

Collect and compare quotations from multiple vendors Assist in price negotiation and delivery coordination

Help create and process purchase orders (PO) Coordinate with sales, service, and rental teams for product requirements

Track orders and support timely material delivery Maintain procurement records, vendor database, and purchase documentation
