Location: Mumbai (with travel to client sites – Hotels across India)

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and perform installation of Onity locks, safes, minibars, and other hospitality solutions.
Travel to client sites (Hotels) for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) visits and technical support.
Configure hardware and software components for optimal performance.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure product longevity and client satisfaction.
Act as the technical point of contact for hotel management during installations and after-sales service.
Train hotel staff on the proper usage of installed systems.
Collaborate with the Sales and Service Teams to address client requirements effectively.
Assist the Technical Manager in planning and executing installation and service projects.
Requirements:
✅ Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field
✅ Hands-on experience with hardware installations, configuration, or technical servicing
✅ Willingness to travel frequently across regions
✅ Strong communication and customer-handling skills
✅ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
