We are looking for a friendly, professional, and experienced Receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient registrations.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain patient records and reception documentation.
- Assist patients in completing registration and medical forms.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth patient service.
- Handle billing-related queries and maintain basic reception accounts.

Education & Experience
- Graduate or H.S Passed from a recognized University/College
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist (hospital or healthcare experience preferred)
- Familiarity with multi-line telephone systems
Salary
₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and performance).
