Job Overview

Techmindz is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Placement Coordinator to manage student placement activities and coordinate with recruiters to create employment opportunities for students. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in placement coordination or core recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate student placement activities and ensure smooth execution of placement drives.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and hiring partners.
- Source job opportunities and schedule interviews for students.
- Coordinate with students regarding interviews, assessments, and placement updates.
- Conduct resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
- Organize placement drives, recruitment events, and career guidance sessions.
- Maintain placement records, employer databases, and student profiles.
- Coordinate with trainers to assess student placement readiness.
- Track placement status and prepare periodic placement reports.
- Assist students with resume building, interview preparation, and career guidance.
- Follow up with employers regarding interview feedback and hiring status.





Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Placement Coordinator or in Core Recruitment.
- Experience in the IT/Training or Education sector is preferred.
- Positive understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Language Requirements

- English (Professional proficiency)
- Malayalam (Conversational proficiency)
