- Design and develop Liquid Filling, Capping, Labeling, Washing, Inspection, Sealing, Cartoning, and Complete Packaging Line machines.
- Prepare 3D models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and assembly drawings using SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Automation, and Service departments for smooth project execution.
- Develop customized machine designs as per customer and project requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with GMP/cGMP standards and manufacturing feasibility.
- Support machine assembly, FAT, installation, and technical problem-solving.
- Lead design improvements, standardization, and recent product development.
- Guide the design team and ensure timely completion of projects.
