- Hands-on experience in architectural design, drafting, detailing, and project execution.
- Capable of managing multiple ongoing projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and other team members to uphold the integrity of the design.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of design and construction, including space planning, lighting, color schemes, materials, and furnishings,
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction procedures, building materials, and regulatory standards.
- Ensuring all plans comply with local building codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Excellent drawing and visualization skills (both hand-drawing and 3D modeling).
- Experienced in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
