Job Title: OTA Cum Reservation Executive

We are looking for a motivated OTA Cum Reservation Executive with hotel sales experience to manage online bookings, drive revenue through OTAs, and maintain robust client relationships. The ideal candidate will combine sales acumen with operational efficiency to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Convert leads into confirmed reservations through effective sales and follow-up
- Recommend suitable hotels, rooms, and travel packages based on customer needs
- Negotiate rates and close sales to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and optimize hotel listings on major OTAs (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Expedia, Goibibo, etc.) to increase bookings and revenue.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and OTA partners.




- Collaborate with the sales and revenue management team to implement strategies for maximizing hotel occupancy and profitability.
- Monitor OTA performance, track key metrics, and recommend actions to improve visibility and revenue.
- Respond promptly to OTA inquiries, guest messages, and reviews to ensure a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in travel sales / hotel reservations / hospitality sales
- Proven sales and conversion skills with a target-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of OTAs, hotel distribution channels, and online booking systems.
- Multilingual skills are mandatory* (ability to speak multiple languages fluently)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
