- Prepare espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to company standards.
- Ensure consistency in coffee extraction, milk texturing, and beverage presentation.
- Operate, calibrate, clean, and maintain coffee machines and grinders.
- Welcome customers, take orders, and provide product recommendations.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior baristas and recent team members.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the café.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve service issues.
- Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS operations.
- Assist the Café Manager in achieving sales, quality, and operational targets
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
