Key Responsibilities:

- Work on backend feature development and bug fixes with strong ownership and accountability.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Support the development of APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with QA and product teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Take responsibility for testing, debugging, and optimizing your own code.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute to LLD (Low-Level Design) and HLD (High-Level Design) under guidance from senior engineers.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 1–3 years of backend development experience.
- Proficiency in any programming language (Java, Python, Go).
- Preferred / Good to have: Experience with Ruby on Rails.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
- Exposure to system design concepts (LLD/HLD) and architectural discussions.
- Understanding of APIs, microservices, and Git workflows.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver independently.

Good to Have:

- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with SaaS product development.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
