About the Role

Artee Flow Controls Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Proposal Estimation Engineer to join our Gas Detection Systems team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing techno-commercial proposals, studying customer inquiries and tender documents, deriving Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and coordinating with the sales team to deliver accurate and competitive quotations.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive customer inquiries and RFQs from the sales team.

* Review and understand tender documents, specifications, and customer requirements.

* Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on project requirements and customer specifications.

* Prepare technical and commercial proposals for gas detection systems.

* Coordinate with internal departments for technical clarifications and costing.





* Prepare cost estimates and support quotation preparation.

* Ensure timely submission of proposals while maintaining accuracy and quality.

* Maintain proposal documentation and records for future reference.

* Support the sales team during pre-bid and post-bid activities, as required.

* Technical discussion with customers.

* Updating CRM on day-to-day basis

* Coordination with Sales team regularly.

* Maintaining the costing sheet.

* Techno-Commercial discussions with the parent companies.

Required Qualifications :

* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical.

* Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in proposal engineering, estimation, instrumentation, automation, fire & gas systems, or industrial products are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
