POSITION DETAILS

Position Jewellery Operations Manager

Reporting To Directors

Work Location Marinelines, Mumbai

Years of Experience 4 to 5 Years

Qualification Bachelor’s in Commerce or Banking

Shift 11:00am – 20:00Pm

Salary Range 30k – 40k + Incentives

REQUISITE (SKILLS AND CORE COMPONENTS) Experience in B2B Order Management experience in gold jewellery industry Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required. Valuable verbal and written communication skills. Good communication and inter-personal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail. Should be a critical thinker.RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and oversee daily operations of the company including productcataloguing, order fulfilment, logistics, inventory management (if any),



and qualitycontrol. Work with suppliers and buyers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve anyissues. Participate with management in identifying and executing efficiency andproductivity initiatives. Work closely with other departments, such as accounting, sales and marketing, toensure that the company's operations support its overall business goals. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the industry.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
