MaxIndia Developers is looking for an energetic Operations Executive who enjoys field work, coordination, and problem-solving. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to the real estate industry and can ensure that work moves efficiently across sites, government offices, vendors, and tenants.
Key ResponsibilitiesField Operations
- Visit project sites and rental properties.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams.
- Conduct property inspections and submit reports with photographs.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Government & Documentation
- Visit BBMP, BDA, Sub-Registrar, BESCOM, BWSSB, and Revenue offices.
- Submit and collect property-related documents.
- Track approvals and follow up with government departments.
Tenant & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with tenants regarding maintenance and documentation.
- Follow up with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor work completion and report delays.
Business Support
- Maintain project trackers and operational reports.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and site visits.
- Assist the Managing Director with day-to-day operational activities.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field work.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and personal vehicle preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
