HouseDesigns99 is a leading design firm specializing in house planning, 3D design, and Vastu-compliant architecture. We focus on delivering practical, aesthetic, and technically sound residential designs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and layouts
- Develop 2D & 3D designs as per client requirements
- Coordinate with engineers and interior designers
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Incorporate Vastu principles (basic knowledge preferred)
- Attend client meetings and site visits when required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- 1–3 years of experience (Freshers with solid skills can apply)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Good understanding of construction details
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Vastu Shastra
- Experience in residential projects
- Basic 3D rendering skills (Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, etc.)
Salary:
Negotiable based on experience
