The Business Development & Operations Manager will be responsible for expanding the practice through partnerships, workshops, corporate wellness programs, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Reach out to schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Develop and pitch mental health workshops.
- Identify and secure corporate wellness opportunities.
- Build strategic partnerships and referral networks.
Brand Partnerships
- Negotiate sponsorships and brand collaborations.
- Manage partnership communication and contracts.
- Evaluate collaboration opportunities.
Growth & Outreach
- Pitch podcast appearances and speaking engagements.
- Build relationships with event organizers and media platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Operations
- Coordinate project timelines and team deliverables.
- Manage content production logistics.
- Maintain outreach and partnership databases.
- Track business growth metrics and prepare reports.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, partnerships, marketing, or operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare, education, or wellness industries.
- Existing corporate or institutional network.
- Familiarity with creator economy and personal branding.
