Job Title: Site Engineer – Independent Residential House Construction

Location: Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to supervise the day-to-day construction of an independent residential house in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities on site.
- Ensure work is executed as per structural and architectural drawings.
- Monitor workmanship and maintain construction quality.
- Coordinate with contractors, labour, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors.
- Verify material quality and usage (cement, steel, bricks, etc.).
- Check measurements before contractor billing and payments.
- Prepare daily progress reports with photographs and updates.
- Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Requirements

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.




- Minimum 5 years of experience in independent residential house construction.
- Good understanding of RCC works, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Honest, responsible, and willing to be present on site regularly.

Employment Type

Full time / Part-time (depending on availability)

Salary

Negotiable based on experience and availability.
