Job Requirements

- Lead the design and development of mechanical systems, equipment, and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

- Identify, troubleshoot, and repair issues in utility systems such as Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

- Identify and resolve technical issues, implementing corrective actions and improvements

- Manage and execute complex projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical, instrumentation, and operations

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, procedures, and reports.

- Implement preventive maintenance measures to avoid costly repairs and minimize downtime.

- Monitor utility systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.

- Maintain the detailed records of maintenance activities,



repairs, and inspections.

- Lead maintenance teams, coordinate schedules, and oversee specific areas of utility maintenance.

- Provide support to staff and customers, sharing expertise and assisting in training activities.

Work Experience

- Diploma in Mechanical engineering.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Mechanical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.

- Experience: Previous experience in utility maintenance (Minimum 2 ~ 3 years) or a related field.

- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to Detail: Ability to conduct thorough inspections and maintain accurate records.

- Communication: Positive communication skills for interacting with team members and customers.

- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
