Education: MBA, BBA
Stipend: Rs.5000 per Month (After completion of 6 months of training period you will be hired as Associate HR position and salary will be paid based on performance)
HR Activities
- Recruitment Sourcing, screening, conducting interviews for all levels of management.
- Employee Engagement Activities like birthday etc.
- Grievance management Implement a robust grievance management system where employee grievances are sorted out in the most effective way
- Leave Management Ensure leave management system is in place for concierge team as well as other teams
- HR Operations conducting joining formalities, preparing offer letters, exit formalities, induction of new joiners
