Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across the restaurant and staff areas. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a housekeeping team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and assign cleaning tasks.
- Ensure all restaurant areas, washrooms, offices, staff rooms, and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment.
- Ensure proper usage and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution.




- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle guest or management complaints related to housekeeping and take corrective action.
- Maintain attendance, discipline, and grooming standards of the housekeeping team.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 12th Pass
- 2–4 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality industry preferred.
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, equipment, and cleaning procedures.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
