We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right academic programs. The role involves counseling students, understanding their requirements, and assisting them throughout the admission process while achieving monthly enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students via calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-based sales workplace.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
