The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of materials, equipment, subcontracted services, and consumables required for construction projects. The role ensures the timely availability of quality materials at the best possible cost while maintaining compliance with company policies, project schedules, and budget targets.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Procurement and purchasing for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.

* Source vendors, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors for materials and services.

* Obtain quotations, compare rates, and negotiate pricing, credit terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.

* Prepare and issue purchase orders, work orders, and supply agreements.

* Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, store teams, and accounts to understand material requirements and delivery timelines.

* Ensure timely procurement of construction materials such as cement, steel, sand, aggregates,



RMC, shuttering material, tiles, paints, plumbing, grouts, electrical, and other project-related materials.

* Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials.

* Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.

* Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice verification and payment follow-ups.

* Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.

* Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and contractual obligations.

* Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
