Position: Operations Executive

Duration: Full-Time, Monday to Friday

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and improve day-to-day operational processes.
- Monitor KPIs and identify operational bottlenecks.
- Use AI tools and CLI workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
- Create SOPs, documentation, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline operations.
- Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements.
- Support managers in implementing operational strategies.
- Learn and adopt recent AI technologies to improve business productivity.

Required Skills:

- 2+ years of operations experience.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) in day-to-day work.
- Strong proficiency with AI-powered CLI tools and prompt engineering.
- Ability to automate repetitive operational tasks using AI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
