Job Summary:

We at Coforge is hiring an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer with mandatory Guidewire PolicyCenter Certification and hands-on experience in Guidewire Cloud Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, customization, integration, and support of Guidewire PolicyCenter applications within P&C; Insurance programs.

Key Responsibilities

Mandatory Requirements

- Guidewire PolicyCenter Certification (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) (Mandatory)
- Experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter development and configuration.
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and configure Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions.
- Develop and customize PolicyCenter components including Product Model, PCF screens, Business Rules, Underwriting Rules, Workflows, and Batch Processes.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP web services and messaging frameworks.
- Work on Guidewire Cloud upgrade, migration,



and implementation projects.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Participate in Agile development processes and sprint activities.
- Support production releases and resolve critical application issues.

- Solid SQL and database skills.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of Guidewire upgrades and cloud migration initiatives.

Education / Qualification: BE/ B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / M.CA / M.TECH / Any Graduate.
