Role & responsibilities
Vedic Village Hotels and Resorts are looking for IT Associate for our unit at Kodungallur.
Candidate with prior experience in the hotel Industry is preferred.
He/She will be responsible for the office network, including troubleshooting connectivity problems, managing user access and maintaining network security.
Implementing and managing data backup system.
Implementing security measures to protect the network and data.
Handle the installation, repair and maintenance of office devices as well as software updates and installations.
Provide technical assistance to employees in using software and hardware and resolving any technical difficulties.
