We are a fast-growing startup influencer and digital marketing agency helping brands grow through influencer campaigns, social media marketing, and creative digital solutions. We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive client acquisition and revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities from brands, agencies, startups, and SMEs.
- Develop leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and industry connections.
- Connect with marketing heads, brand managers, founders, and decision-makers.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable influencer marketing, digital marketing, and content solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, campaign plans, and presentations.
- Handle negotiations, commercial discussions, and successfully close deals.
- Build and maintain robust long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and campaign execution.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media Sales, Influencer Marketing, or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystem, and digital trends.
- Ability to independently manage lead generation and client closures.
- Experience with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates from influencer marketing agencies, digital marketing agencies, advertising agencies, media companies, or creative agencies preferred.
- Existing brand, agency, or corporate contacts will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated professional with a strong target-oriented approach.
