Provide direct patient care (IPD/ICU/OPD as assigned)
Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as per orders
Monitor vitals and patient condition regularly
Assist doctors during rounds and procedures
Maintain accurate nursing notes and documentation
Ensure timely execution of treatment orders
Handle emergency situations and escalate when required
Maintain hygiene, infection control, and patient safety standards
Coordinate with RMOs, doctors, and other departments
Educate patients and attendants about care and precautions
Manage patient comfort and basic needs
Ensure proper handover during shift changes
Follow hospital SOPs, protocols, and compliance requirements
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and accountability on floor
Support in OT/ward/chemo care as per requirement
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
