Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain BIM models for electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm systems and other electrical components
- Collaborate with MEP teams to integrate electrical designs with mechanical and plumbing systems, ensuring full interdisciplinary coordination and minimizing conflicts
- Produce construction documents, shop drawings and specifications in accordance with industry standards and project requirements
- Conduct clash detection and resolution using BIM software to identify and resolve conflicts before construction begins
- Work closely with project managers, engineers and architects to understand project requirements and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure all electrical designs comply with relevant codes, regulations and quality standards.



Conduct reviews and revisions of models and documents as necessary

Qualification and Experience Required:

- BE/BTech in electrical engineering, Architectural Engineering or a related field
- ITI/NCTVT certified HVAC/electrical/plumbing draftsman with relevant experience
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in electrical design, with specific experience in BIM modelling.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
