The Storekeeper is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of raw materials, machine components, spare parts, tools, and consumables. The role ensures accurate stock records, proper material handling, and timely availability of materials to support production and service activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Receive and inspect incoming materials, spare parts, and consumables against purchase orders and delivery documents.
2. Maintain proper storage and identification of materials in the store.
3. Issue materials to production, service, and maintenance departments as per approved requisitions.
4. . Monitor stock levels and inform management about reorder requirements.
5. Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory checks.
6. Coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely procurement of materials.
7. Maintain housekeeping, safety, and organization within the store area.
8. Ensure proper handling and storage of machine components, electrical items, hydraulic parts, and tools.
9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
