Key Responsibilities:

a. To organize Health Camps for the communities / households from BPL category

b. To mobilize SHG women and organize income generating trainings by deploying part time trainers

c. To help the women entrepreneurs to market their handicrafts /produce through market linkages / by organizing exhibitions

d. To coordinate with Placement Manager and organize job fairs for helping unemployed youth

e. Periodic Up-dation of databases and submitting reports periodically to MIS

g. Synergizing with other CSR team members for successfully organizing Exhibitions , promoting women entrepreneurship, Mental Health Awareness Program …etc

b. Business Team Branch / Cluster / Area Heads / DMs

c. Deputy Vice President

d. MIS Team @ H.O

Desired Experience:

· Minimum 1 Year experience in organizing Social Work Initiatives involving communities ( Ex : Health Camps / Training for Women or Youth ...etc )

· Organizing events, exhibitions / Udyog Mela / Rozgar Mela through sponsors

· Will be required to travel in the assigned area / branch coverage area

· Languages : Should speak, read and write Tamil,



English fluently, & fluency in other Languages are value addition

· Computer/technical skills (if any) : Computer knowledge / MS Office Applications

Qualifications:

· Post-graduation: MSW with Min 1 Year of experience
