We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in Mechanical Engineering and a proven track record in overseeing projects related to fire protection, security, safety, and ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems. The ideal candidate will possess robust leadership skills, exceptional project management capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of ME engineering principles in the context of safety and security systems.Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage projects related to fire protection, security, safety, and ELV systems from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, contractors, and clients to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and regularly monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
- Look for new AMC, under maintenance sites, firefighting projects, and Facility projects. Do initial meetings, understand the requirement& process. Check existing quotations with existing team. Check for outsourcing options for Projects.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure the safety and security of project personnel and assets.
- Oversee procurement activities including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiation to ensure the timely acquisition of materials and services required for project execution.




- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of fire protection, security, safety, and ELV systems.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project team, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Key Skill-set:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/E & TC Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the field of fire protection, security, safety, and ELV systems.
- Strong knowledge of ME engineering principles and their application in safety and security systems.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are desirable.
