We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, resolving client queries, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and support tickets.
- Respond to customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Register, track, and follow up on customer complaints and service requests.
- Coordinate with the technical support and development teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/helpdesk system.
- Provide product information and assist customers in using software applications.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.




- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Prepare daily reports of customer interactions and pending cases.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to learn recent software products quickly.
- Professional telephone etiquette.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
