Job Description: Restaurant Manager

A Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant to ensure excellent customer service, productive staff performance, profitability, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations Management
- Supervise daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure smooth food preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise employees.
- Prepare staff schedules and assign duties.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
- Customer Service
- Ensure guests receive excellent service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Build positive customer relationships.
- Financial Management
- Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare budgets and financial reports.
- Control food, beverage, and labor costs.
- Inventory Control
- Manage stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.




- Coordinate with suppliers and place orders.
- Minimize waste and prevent shortages.
- Compliance and Safety
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Maintain health and safety standards.
- Keep records and licenses up to date.

Qualifications

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
