About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Merchandiser to support the production team by monitoring daily production activities, coordinating with internal departments and vendors, and ensuring orders progress as per schedule. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in the textile and apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with production units to track daily production progress.
- Coordinate with the Product Development, Purchase, Stores, and Quality teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Track fabric, trims, and accessories required for production.
- Follow up on sample approvals and production readiness.
- Update daily production status reports and maintain production trackers.
- Coordinate with vendors for material availability and delivery timelines.
- Escalate production delays or issues to the concerned teams.
- Ensure proper documentation related to production activities.




- Visit factories or vendor locations, if required, to monitor production progress.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of textile manufacturing and garment production processes.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Valuable verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Willingness to travel locally for production follow-ups, if required.

Preferred Qualification

- Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Tech / B.E. in Textile, Apparel, Garment, or Fashion Technology.
- Internship or academic project related to production, manufacturing, or merchandising is an added advantage.
