- Develop and maintain CNC programs using Mastercam for Turning and turn-mill machining of components.
- Program complex parts made from hard metals such as Aluminium, Steel, and Titanium, ensuring precision and adherence to aerospace tolerances.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret GD&T;, blueprints, and machining specifications.
- Optimize toolpaths, cutting tools, and fixturing to reduce cycle times and improve production efficiency.
- Technology expertise for CNC machines, cutting tooling, fixtures development.
- Ensuring precision and quality to maintain high standards in the manufacturing process.
- Train and supervise junior engineers/technicians on CNC programming, machining practices, and process optimization.
- Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, meeting delivery schedules and technical requirements.
- Knowledge in programming and operating turn-mill machines.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
